The WWW is a universe of information and the tools and techniques we use to navigate and explore this vast space need to be kept up to date. In 1997 we offered a set of search tools, examples of sites that used the Web as a pedagogical adjunct, and links to some Communication Association websites.

Now, as the millenium has turned, we'd like to refresh our approach, as the Space Shuttle regularly upgrades the Hubble Space Telescope's optics, to improve our view, refine our skills, and ensure that our time spent searching the web has a high quality result.
