Tiling the Plane with Birds

This example explores what figures can be used to tile the plane, what shapes can  fit together to achieve this effect. Here we choose to tile the plane with birds, i.e., polygons that look like birds.

The procedures for this example were written by Prof. Judy Coomes at William Paterson University.

2. Investigate what polygons can be used to tile the plane.
