Research Interests
1. Geochronology - My current research in this area is with U-series trend dating of carbonate concretions collected from varved sediments glacio-lacustrine origin in northeastern North America.

2. Biological Markers in Sediments - I am also currently investigating the mineralogy of the same concretionary formations used for dating to examine the possible characteristic signature left by microbial activity within authigenic minerals forming the concretionary masses.

3. Aquatic Chemistry - I have been investigating various aspects of the chemistry of surface waters in urban environments, with the goal of determining the source(s) of the major deleterious impacts on urban streams.
