Updated the raharris to (belatedly) confirm my MLIS degree.

Updated the raharris page to acknowledge my graduation date and specific job goals.

Re-did links to the Ambition and Digital History sub-pages by removing the Javascript and bottom-page links in favor of links at the top of each sub-page

Re-did the Women at Work slideshow to automate movement, animate text, fade between slides, and include directionals.

Re-did the Nexii page (external links, for crying out loud) to create two larger rosters of links that are switched by passing the cursor over images.

1. Re-organized sub-pages to subsume the three digital libraries (Flint Sit-Down Strike, NJ Digital Highway & Women Working) within Digital History, and the three layouts (A. Nash Co., Paterson Falls & W@W) within Ambition.
2. Re-did the Digital History page as a layout introducing the digital libraries using four graphics and links spawning each library site.
3. Removed Javascript popups for the sub-pages in favor of text links
